In a saucepan, melt the Carambars® over low heat in very little milk, stirring regularly with a wooden spoon. Continue until they dissolve completely.
Add the remaining cold milk and cold Yogurt and mix with a fork until smooth and pour into the pots.
Cook for 8 hrs in Yogurt mode.
In a blender, place the 4 garnishing Carambars® and break them into crumbs.
Once the Yogurts are cooked, leave them to cool and refrigerate.
Sprinkle the Yogurts with Carambars® shavings before serving for a crunchy effect that the children will just love!
