  • 250 mL milk
  • 80 g cooking chocolate with 66 % cocoa
  • 250 mL whipping cream
  • 1 whole eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 70 g sugar


Break the chocolate into small pieces in a bowl. Heat 20 cl cream in a saucepan and pour it over the chocolate. Leave to rest for 2 min before blending in the mixture with a spatula.

In another container, mix the eggs, the yolk and sugar until the sugar dissolves fully in the eggs. Mix little by little with the melted chocolate, and then blend in the milk and the remaining cream. Pour into the pots.

Fill the base of the appliance with water up to the max level. Cook for 40 min in dairy dessert mode. Leave to cool and refrigerate.
