  • 60 g honey
  • 1tbsp ginger juice
  • 10 g sugar
  • 600 mL milk
  • 3 eggs
  • Syrup
  • 100 mL honey
  • ¼ cup chopped ginger


Mix ingredients of syrup in a small container. If it possible, place it 1-2 days.

Mix eggs, honey, sugar and ginger juice in a bowl. Add milk and mix. (It will become smooth if passed through a strainer). Pour it into the pots evenly.

Fill the base of the appliance with water up to the max level. Plug in the appliance; click twice on OK to select the dairy dessert mode. Then click on OK to confirm your choice. Adjust the cooking time to 25 or 30 min using the the keys then confirm your choiceby clicking on OK.

When cooking is complete, leave to cool, put the lids on the pots and refrigerate.
