  • 200g carrots
  • 200g turnips
  • 200g French beans
  • 200g frozen peas
  • 50g melted butter
  • Chopped fresh chervil
  • Salt and Pepper.


Wash all the fresh vegetables. Peel the carrots and turnips. Cut the carrots, turnips and French beans into strips 4 cm long.

Put the prepared vegetables and the peas into the steaming basket and cook for 30 minutes. Season.

Place the vegetables in a warmed serving dish and pour the melted butter over them. Sprinkle with chopped chervil and serve.
