Crush the macadamia nuts coarsely and mix them with 12 tablespoons of thick Gâtinais honey. Place a large tablespoonful of this mixture on the bottom of each pot
Warm the whipping cream with the walnut powder in a saucepan and leave to cool in the fridge. Mix the cream, milk and Yogurt with a fork until smooth and pour carefully into the pots.
Cook for 8 hrs in Yogurt mode.
Leave to cool and then refrigerate.
